The journey began with a strong foundation in design and build in 2015, creating functional and aesthetically driven spaces. Originally established under SEKARA Group, the brand evolved into SEKA Design and Build as a more focused identity representing its integrated approach to real estate. This capability later expanded into property development and management in 2017, leading to the establishment of SEKA Living as its core operating arm.

Unlike traditional property businesses, SEKA integrates development, construction, design, and asset management into a unified approach, ensuring that each property is not only well built and well designed, but also performs efficiently and deliver long-term value.

As we continue to grow, it's entering its next phase through SEKA Kollektiv, an upcoming platform designed to make property investment more accessible, scalable, and integrated within its ecosystem.
