Our Story

SEKARA Group is an integrated real estate ecosystem focused on developing, selling, and managing high quality residential and income generating properties, while continuously evolving towards more accessible and scalable real estate models.

The journey began in 2015 through SEKA Design & Build, initially focused on personal contractor for small scale residential developments. With a strong foundation in design and construction, the business naturally expanded into interior and spatial design, emphasizing functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

As the portfolio grew, SEKARA established SEKA Living to formalize its residential development activities and build a more structured presence in the property market. What began as small scale residential developments evolved into a more refined approach to delivering thoughtfully designed homes. Building on this foundation, expanded into property management through rental based assets such as guesthouses, lodgings and boarding houses. Operating within a conventional rental model, each property is carefully designed to enhance comfort and usability, resulting in consistently high demand and strong occupancy rates.

As we continue to grow, it is currently developing SEKA Kollektiv, an upcoming initiative aimed at expanding access to property investment through a more flexible and scalable model. While still in its early stage, this reflects SEKARA’s long term vision of making real estate more accessible.
